I had a Zinc breakfast today. Curried lentils on toast with fried free ranged eggs and a side of hummus. Washed down with O.J.
I also took a 15mg Zinc tablet, just to be sure.
Good sources of Zinc also include beef, lamb, chicken and avocado. You don't need much more than 15mg a day.
It won't "block" the virus (fake MSM likes to claim this is what people believe) but it will help your immune system to do it's job.
Everybody should read up on easy, natural ways to boost immunity! The best part is you don't have to be a vegan or vegetarian to get the benefits.

There's some stupid asshole that shows up on Coast to Coast AM every now and then shilling his bullshit. Dude advertises himself as a 'pharmacist', which is a fancy way of saying "in absolutely no way whatsoever is any kind of doctor or expert". He basically claims that eating vitamins will cure cancer.
Glucosamine chondroitin is a supremely expensive 'medication' advertised as being excellent for join relief. But last time I checked every single study found it was just as effective as a placebo and had no scientific value at all.
Oh of course, but what I mean is more related to diet and stuff. Those things are natural and are always pretty helpful. As long as it's balanced and not based on any stupid fads your immune system can't really help but benefit.
