Stop paying attention to the media. He has restated over and over that there’s no distance between him and the President, and judging by how GEOTUS treats Dr. Fauci, they have a great friendship.
The media keeps driving an artificial wedge between them that isn’t there. Also, Dr. Fauci was one of those who thought the closure with China wasn’t necessary at first, but now he credits GEOTUS with that in the media, and has also claimed it saved a lot of lives.
He seems like a good dude to me. Yeah he said some nice things about Hillary once, but we all have our character flaws, lol.
Dr. Fauci recently debunked , in strong terms, the left's current argument about a slow start (blood on his hands). He has done this several times. I see a yin/yang relationship that makes them both look good.

I think this is what it is. I have a strong suspicion that Fauci is deep state, but Trump has him by the balls. By getting all the attention and respect from the media, his name and face is attached to this. Trump could reasonably deflect blame to Fauci since he is the one that is supposed to be in charge of pandemics and the prevention thereof. I believe that his ultimate DS goal is to set up the hydroxychloroquine tests for failure (hospitals only) so his pharma friends could profit off of a new "treatment".
I kinda wonder if maybe he's connected with big pharma, like he's buying time so they can make a (mandatory?), expensive vaccine a big part of the pre-election recovery. Everybody seems to have their own agenda with this virus thing.
Dudes a suck up (have to be to have lasted every administration since Reagan) and a scientist that dosnt understand that the real world dosnt work like lab simulations (wanting to keep economy closed indefinitely). But he knows what he is talking about and I trust Trump to take his advice, along with his other advisers, and make the right decisions with it.
