Trump just BTFO'd the Dems. They stripped out a $3 Billion purchase of oil to refill the SPR. So Trump is simply allowing oil companies to store their oil in available capacity at the SPR to sell it later. LOL!!!
I like this maneuver as a last resort, but still bums me out that they did this. Because it means we can't buy it at these low prices. If we could buy it, it means we could make money by selling it at a later date.
