He was the top legal counsel to the DOJ-NSD when Crossfire Hurricane was happening. He probably knows a lot about all the bogus FISA warrants used to spy on GEOTUS' campaign.

And changed the submission form to allow something other than first hand knowledge, with an effort to back date the change on line to support the non-witness reporting.
