Like, I would never bring up politics and start trashing Democrats during a work meeting, but I've on numerous occasions participated in work meetings in which leftist coworkers with TDS have inserted their Trump hatred into conversations that have absolutely nothing whatsoever to even do with politics.

You have to play their game. Speak up, tell them their opinions are inappropriate and unrelated to the current discussion and that they are offensive to you. And make sure others hear it too. If it continues, then you go to HR and file a harassment claim.
