Yeah my company has WFH in place for everyone, but they accept volunteers to come in and handle stuff in the labs. My 70-something coworker as well as a ton of other older folks and my coworkers undergoing chemo are staying home. I occasionally go in to handle stuff that can't be done remotely. Nobody at my company has died. A coworker did get it but he was home, beat it, and is now back to working remote. Nobody needed to get laid off and therefore nobody did.
People are just being smart about it, not licking windows, and nobody is getting seriously ill. Hell, the sedentary lifestyle that most software developers lead, combined with the constant fast food and energy drinks will do most of them in before this virus ever will.

Plus, both my wife and I are still working - not following social distancing guidelines or masks or any of that bullshit. This lady is going on about her life as usual, but of course it would be pure terror if we ever did so.
I'm still at work and I think tons more could be. Go on Reddit and the soyboy cucks just want to be alone with their toasters and their TVs and their suction cup dildos.
