Where is the source for this? I can't find it and want to redpill some people. I typed in the hyperlink and it said page not found. Already scrubbed of the CDC website?

It looks like he made it himself in Excel. He must have downloaded the raw data from CDC in .csv format and just used excel to parse it and make it presentable.
