That all assumes someone is actually being paid already. America lives on debt, the debt they can't bump up by a month, small businesses that can't float a month, and the money isn't out yet and we have another month to go. I get that's the plan but it no longer feels realistic to keep the economy shut down.
It also works off the assumption that the numbers that were projected were accurate and that has proven not to be the case as they overinvlated the numbers by 4-5x, and that was after they dropped the death troll from 1-2 million.
