I think they found a novel cold virus and are just counting natural deaths associated with it. I think eventually the entire normal daily death toll for cancer, heart attacks, AEA, etc will be counted as virus deaths to inflate the curve up. It will look exactly like their models and they will pat themselves on the back and blame Trump. I just want America open again.

Idk if that's the only impact. I suspect that some people out there with robust immune systems and in generally good health could catch the virus and never know it, but with unfettered 'errand running', that healthy person could be shedding virus cells all about.

What I don't understand is why the numbers of these big cities haven't dramatically dropped based on the US-wide 'stay away' 'stay home if you can' three weeks starting March 16 thru (almost 3 weeks) today. Seems like that one move would have made a dramatic impact, even without 100% compliance. That three weeks should have given burnout time for anyone exposed at that point, admitted or elsewise quarantined home at that point, and anyone in the family exposed at that early stage. Why is this not showing up?
