No other group of people is like that because no other group has an ideology that thrives on hatred and fighting anyone you don't like. So how can they ever be considered equal to anyone else? Any honest Islamic scholar would agree with him. Islam itself prescribes four levels of rights based on the faith and location of a person, broken into two categories:
The House of Islam:
The Muslim: full protection under the law.
The non-Muslim Worshiper of Allah: Jews and Christians are protected from compulsory conversion to Islam, but otherwise, they are treated like members of the third category;
The Subjugated Dhimmi: Pagans and Atheists have no rights, but may exist in a state of servitude in Islamic jurisdictions until such time as that state compels them to convert.
The House of War:
The Free Kuffar: These are to be slaughtered or conquered until the whole world is brought into the House of Islam. They are to be exterminated. As pagans in a non-Muslim country who have and exercise political rights, most Indians (both now and historically) fall into this category.
If the Free Kuffar do not recognize the threat and take measures to protect themselves, they will be extinguished culturally and genetically.
