Are they giving the Zpac in conjunction?
And zinc? From reading the research 3 steps needed IIRC
hydroxychloroquine - weakens/penetrates virus coating
zpac - removes/treats opportunistic infections
zinc - inactivates virus, needs to get thru coating, see step 1
Most importantly, it will not be as effective on patients who are already in the severe phase of the virus. Intervention must happen before it gets that bad.
