The Blood causes the Angel of death to Passover, but the wicked shall not be passed over........God might be sending a message via this Nation's Abortion sacrifices to Molech.
thank you...having some kind of swelling thing going on..Lips and face during the night..Dr thinks it is a reaction to a bp med I am on..It was kind of scary there for a few minutes..He changed meds..Now praying the swelling will go down..This has been going on and off for 6 weeks. I thought it was a food allergy thing but guess not..Wow this post just was such a blessing to read today..It blessed my heart...:)
Oh my goodness, I am so sorry!
I will add my prayers that the swelling will go down for you, it must be painful/uncomfortable and frightening to have that happen. I'm so sorry. 😞
I agree, it was a beautiful blessing to read this post. It's a relief and a joy to be reassured that the Lord is in control under all circumstances, and that He triumphs at the end of time, and by salvation through Christ, we shall triumph as well. 🌹
My faith is being seriously tested these days. I try to do good and yet I see all these bad things happen in the world seemingly unable to be stopped. But maybe it is tough times like this that gives me an opportunity to really grow my faith?
We can never do enough good things to counteract that we live in a fallen Creation.
The joy of it all is that while we will never be able to fulfill the law given to Moses, a substitute has been offered. God told Abraham, "Not your son, your only son whom you love" He gave us His Son, His only Son, whom He loves to be the sacrifice for us.
For some encouragement, try reading Habakkuk, in the old testament. Basically, Habahhuk becomes discouraged because he sees all around him the wicked prospering. So he asks God why do the wicked prosper and the righteous suffer? And God answers him. His book is about Gods answer to that question.
That was my reading this morning.
I loved Hab 3.4 after listing that everything may be gone
"yet I will rejoice in the Lord,
I will be joyful in God my Savior.
The Sovereign Lord is my strength,
he makes my feet like the feet of a deer,
he enables me to go on the heights."
Thanks Habakkuk seems like a good book to read with all the injustice going on in the world right now. Also digged a bit into the writer himself who probably experienced injustice from the invasion of the Babylonians. I feel these days we are facing daily violence, in various forms, from those who seek to control the world.
Absolutely it is. Sometimes it is important to remember that things are not happening TO us, but FOR us.
Turn off the TV (at least the news) and avoid toxic stuff on the internet. Use this time to stay productive, embrace things you normally aren’t able to, and PRAY.
I’ve faced a few challenges in my life. While I was in the thick of it, it was difficult to see the good in those moments. But looking back, even those painful moments had silver linings and I have now learned to take things one day at a time.
14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.
He will place the sheep on His right and the goats on His left
Have you ever wondered why we call them 'Leftist, the Left, the Left-wing'? Some of us know this comes from the French Revolution where the radical Anti-God, anti-Religion anti-Establishment (think Antifa types) sat in the Left Wing of the French Parliament, however...
...according to one story, a 'Right Winger' made a comment, a kind of burn on the Far Left wingers referring to the biblical prophecy of Judgement Day. How those on the Left hand side would be sent to hell.
A radical leftist stood up and welcomed it saying that they were happy to defy Christ and this kind of thing of making it their own term and proud of it.
So even today, 'The Left' is still an appropriate name for the people who hate Christianity, they hate life and they hate all humans in general.
Glad to see my fellow Christian 'pedes celebrating Messiah's triumphal entry. I wanna take this time to share something I've been praying about:
I've been obsessing a bit more over politics than usual since the Wuhan virus quarantine started. Seeing people on the left who have the stupid oppose what President Trump is doing takes a toll on my moods, but I don't want it to, so I start praying. In talking with God about this, I was reminded that, during the Millennial reign of Christ (i.e. after the 7-year tribulation but before the Great White Throne judgement), there are still going to be people who oppose Christ when He's on the throne in Israel. I realized that, if people are going to oppose a perfect leader, i.e. God in the flesh, for no good reason, then of course They're going to oppose an effectively good leader like Trump. It's to be expected.
So, how do we address this? How then should we act? First, and foremost, we should pray for those who oppose the president, that they may accept Christ as their God and Savior and come to realize their errors in judgement. Second, we should approach them lovingly, rationally, and with a good sense of humor. Give 'em memes and facts, but use kind words that will end up "pouring hot coals on their heads" as Solomon says.
Don't let them rile you up or raise your blood pressure. These are people who are likely lost and have no hope in anything permanent. Be not surprised when they oppose good. It's not going to stop any time soon.
My aunt passed away peacefully in her sleep this morning after a 3 year long battle with ovarian cancer. She was fortunate to receive the Last Rites before she passed. May she be carried up to our Lord in heaven on this beautiful Palm Sunday.
John 12:12-15 -- On the next day, when the great crowd that had come to the feast heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem, they took palm branches and went out to meet him, and cried out:
“Hosanna!Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, the king of Israel.”
Jesus found an ass and sat upon it, as is written:
“Fear no more, O daughter Zion;see, your king comes, seated upon an ass’s colt.”
Glory to God the Father, Jesus His Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
All praise that Jesus makes us One with the Father. Us in Jesus and Jesus with God. Jesus said,"At that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you" John 14:20 Hallelujah
"If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you."
Im grateful to have the Lord in my life during these crazy times! I stopped going to the Roman Catholic Cult church 31 years ago so i celebrate Palm Sunday at home! I know a lot of Christians wish they could attend Church today but if you have God in your heart you have your Church!
Jesus is Lord, our blessed Lamb, who gave His life so we could be saved!
Amen!
Hosanna!!
Wonderful counselor almighty God the Prince of Peace!
Liberals are ecstatic that we can't properly celebrate Easter
And to the surprise of no one, Google has not honored Palm Sunday with a doodle.
Yet the Tri-gender nutcase with 5 dicks with get a doodle no problem.
Remember when 0bama called Christians Easter worshipers
You dont need Church to celebrate Jesus!
HIGH ENERGY!!! (and a fine reminder)
We still can
The Blood causes the Angel of death to Passover, but the wicked shall not be passed over........God might be sending a message via this Nation's Abortion sacrifices to Molech.
The lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world.
Christ the king has saved me from my sins with his finished work on the cross. Praise the Lord almighty!
Amen and Amen!
Love ya Sister!
Love you too, Sister! I hope you're having a blessed beautiful day! 🌹🙏➕

Your Father in heaven is always ready to receive you back with open arms.
Your beliefs are a god given right.
So is Jesus :)

My family and I just watched Mass at St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
It gave us a bit of normalcy today. It was nice.
Old St. Pat's in NY?
Yes! A family member used to work there. I used to live in the city when I was younger.
It still holds a special place for me. I saw there was a stream from there and had to watch it!
