I work across the street from a hospital. I often look at it, even during non-pandemic times, just to see what's going on. In the past few weeks I've been watching it more than usual. It is no more busy than any other time, which is to say, not very busy at all. We've had 20 positive cases, 300 negative tests, and 1 death (man in his 70s with underlying health issues) in a county of about 160k.
