Yeah...time for a plate carrier. I told my dad a couple of months ago I was going to buy one...he's like "what do you need that for?" like I'm some crazy person or something. Because you just never really know and can't trust what the government tells you. Better to have it and never need it than need it and not have it.
In the context of the time the constitution was written, "well regulated" meant "functioning in proper order". Like a captain would have a well regulated ship. It in no way has anything to do with being managed by a strong federal or state government, because that is what they were fighting against.
The "militia" in the context of the time was taken to mean every able bodied person that could fight, had a weapon, a certain amount of ammo on hand and 3 days of food.
Once you put this together, the "You're not in a well regulated militia" talking point from the left becomes kind of funny.
This is a long way of saying you should have a plate carrier and armor because it maintains the tradition of a population that can function properly as a militia should the need arise. As it was intended.
It is a 3M 7000 series half face respirator. Filters are not attached, but I have P95 and P100 filters for it. Eye Pro is separate and not 100% air tight over the nose bridge of the respirator. Something to keep in mind.
lol I'm keeping them in their packaging until I need them! I guess I could put them on the mask and cover them, I just don't want them filtering the dust out of the air sitting around...
This is what I'll be spending my stimulus check on.

More importantly, commas separated independent clauses. It supports a well regulated militia and armed population
Amen!
Looks much like what I have hanging in the closet next to the bug out bag. Not as many guns on the side though as I can only carry so much. 😛
Careful posting this stuff...we all know how much the ATF likes to shoot dogs!
I am in compliance with all local and federal laws.
Shawty!
SBR or pistol?

What mask you sporting? What filters is it running? Doing some browsing myself and I like the aesthetic on that one.

Is that a M1A I see on the left?
M1A scout dressed in walnut yessiree
I just picked one up a month ago. M1A Scout in Walnut. Haven't had a chance to fire it yet.
Prepare yourself to be underwhelmed by its accuracy. They are truly beautiful, fun, wonderfully mediocre rifles.
Lol why?
