No doubt he wants population control, but this isn't going to be very effective at all in that regard. Something way worse will be engineered in the future.
I think this could be effective if they keep our economy closed long term, take over the way our elections are held, keep people from gathering, and then convince the masses to take a vaccine being pushed by Globalists who want global population reduction.
And all of those things are already being pushed and/or implemented right now! We cant downplay what's happening right now
