I love how they are all pretending that we are just going to walk down to Walmart, buy these drugs and take them as we please. Of course our doctors are going to make sure we don't have any rare preconditions that might cause the drug to harm us before prescribing it. That's literally their job. It's like saying nobody can use chemotherapy anymore to treat cancer because some people with underlying conditions would die if their doctor put them through it.
