It's a good first step and we do that in my State. Where the real fraud can take place is in the vote COUNT. I have been unable to find a good way to be able to monitor or verify that. So far. I keep getting shut down with different avenues I try.

Here is a way I thought of - but it needs us to get trained and volunteer as election Judges and poll watchers (training only takes a few hours).
Three election judges and two poll watchers observe as votes and ballets are counted, numbers must match. After the polls close 3 election Judges and 2 poll watchers finish counting the ballets and compare numbers with votes, then pack and seal the boxes containing the physical ballets and the electronic data. No more ballets can be counted after the final count and report, no matter the reason.
Finally the final poll results are published to a public site so that everyone knows the election results from that polling place.
Sunlight is what democrats hate.
And one more thing - political parties are untitled to place two poll watchers at every polling place, the heartbreak is republicans are always short of poll watchers at polling places and democrats are like flies on shit.
So take an hour or two and get trained as a poll watcher, for inspiration think of that old dragon in Florida who did what ever she wanted or got bribed to do because, at the polls, where the rubber hit the road - no one was watching.
