Hi, please BE VERY CAREFUL reading the label.
It takes 350mg of zinc gluconate to yield 50mg of zinc. But again BE VERY CAREFUL reading the label, the bottle might list the amount of elemental zinc per dose, not the amount of zinc gluconate. Don’t accidentally take 350mg of elemental zinc in one day!
For example, “Zinc Maxx” is a brand which uses zinc gluconate and lists the dose as 50mg, but it’s referring to 50mg elemental zinc! So it’s actually 350mg zinc gluconate per dose.
DeplorableWolverine, great post!
Do you happen to know how zinc gluconate converts? Asking because it's what I've got.

Thanks so much! Usually I'm the resident "witch doctor," knowing more about herbs and natural supplements. Are you a nutritionist, or?
Lol I didn't see that coming
