Joe should be counting his blessings; now his convention speech can be 100% prepped and edited ahead of time. Even when the quarantine is behind us, he may make that the norm for everything. "I wish I could be with you right now, but, reasons! Anyway enjoy my speech that is totally live and not edited any way...(clock hands behind Biden begin shifting all over the place)."
