I read this same thing repeatedly with regards to the under 45 deaths. They get sent home, they worsen, they go back, they get sent home right away and worsen further at home (too weak now to fight the system for needed medical help) but do not return. They tough it out at home, only to die suddenly.
Except the hundreds of documented stories of young healthy people recovering only to relapse and die a couple days later.
