I live in Knoxville. Word was they were going to use the convention center to set up extra beds. I've been trying to spread the model around as much as possible to show people how off base the projections are. Its insane, how are state officials not getting this?
Where in Knoxville are you? My mother lives off of Douglas lake and my aunt lives in east Knoxville. It's cool to know that there are fellow pedes nearby.
Yep, it's Trump country over their. One of my mother's neighbors was a former union man and Democrat from Michigan. After moving there he became a diehard Trump supporter and votes straight ticket Republican!
just about everyone I've met is a Trump supporter. I moved here from Chicago. We were watching the Alabama and LSU at a sports bar right down the road, place gets packed. When Trump came out everyone in the restaurant went crazy, had never experienced that in Chicago.
My father went to a hospital in Chattanooga, TN for COVID-19. He was on oxygen for a day and then discharged two days later. Even out of those who were on oxygen, many were only on it temporarily and didn't see the ICU.

Any word about how many on a ventilator? (Current or cumulative)
Has your Governor restricted HCQ to only those in such bad shape that they've already been admitted to the hospital?
