I'm not sure if him having legal immunity for this has even been established? If he said it in session as a Congress critter, he'd be immune. I found that out as a direct result of this. Since he said it in another setting, can he be prosecuted like the rest of us unwashed masses?

If so, what's the statute of limitations? I'd hope it couldn't be less than 2 years. I'm entertaining an ongoing thought experiment: would Bill Burr do a better job than Bill Barr? It's somewhat frightening to conclude that he would. He has at least some leftist tendencies, no legal education or experience, and is mostly a screaming maniac. If he was in the position I think he'd do something about this though.

Don't know for sure as it varies with the crime, but 5-7 years would probably be typical. More than enough time to prosecute "Up Chuck" after the current "crisis" is vanquished by GEOTUS.
