The government has been informed that prolonged isolation can affect the mental health of people (especially extroverts), that people should be allowed to walk at least 30 minutes before 7:30 AM to maintain physical health while keeping social distance in mind, to prepare a stimulus package worth 10% of our GDP, and allow slow easing back of the lockdown based on certain criteria (less than one infected case per week etc) in three phases.

You can't say "there is very little resistance to Trump pills" for those who are already infected. That simply isn't true. US was donated 9 million HCQ pills and Governor Cuomo denied them to all but 1,100 New Yorkers. Other New Yorkers panicked and fled, spreading it all over the Country. You still can't get medicine if you're sick unless you're already in such bad shape that you've been admitted to the hospital. This is not only true in NY but other D Governors are repeating Cuomo's mistake, even ones that haven't announced this policy officially. Some R Governors are too. And it's very easy to tell in your State simply by looking at the numbers. How many people have recovered? In your State, not Nationwide.
You talk about "relieving symptoms." Have you ever faced death because you can't breathe? If not, you need to stop and seriously re-evaluate what you're saying. If you can't breathe, nothing else matters. Humans have a near infinite capacity to suffer and struggle while fighting for your last breath. The only reason to be put on a ventilator is you have no more strength to struggle with. The next thing that will happen is permanent lung damage caused by the ventilator. It's unavoidable. If you're in such bad shape you need to be put on a ventilator, your chances of survival are about 50/50. And the ONLY reason for being admitted into a hospital with this is you're in danger of needing to be put on a ventilator.
THAT is who can get Trump pills in the US. Anybody else? Go away and die. These Governors are mass murderers! There is no shortage of HCQ. 40 million pills have been donated to the US. And DJT bought 29 million more. And ramped up production is scheduled to ship almost half a billion before May. When the first 9 million HCQ arrived in the US, that was more than enough to give a full course of treatment to everyone in the US who needed it. That would stop this crisis dead in it's tracks! Instead it was hoarded. 31 million more were donated a week ago Sunday. Again that was WAY more than needed for everyone. Again Cuomo's mistake is repeated.
