To be fair, they are probably thinking they dont want to spread it, rather than they dont want to catch it. It is still one of the stupidest things I've ever seen in my life, though. The are either too stupid to put the mask on correctly, or too stupid to understand the purpose of the mask. It can only be one or the other.
