a cottage industry has already sprung up around coronavirus issues....unnecessary deaths due to state lack of preparedness (cuomo), unlawful/unconstitutional detainment (the paddle boarder, the walker, the lady taking a solo drive in her car, all arrested under cv guidelines), unlawful fines, etc. there will be crimes committed by the criminals that were allowed out and suits against governors for personal damages; some governors will face retribution re: shutting down voting and hydrochloroquine usage. the lawyers are licking their chops: topclassactions.com

Needs more info. I'm always torn between the possibilty of bad management and shady employees in situations like this. Information helps, because all we have here is claims from the family of the deceased and one managerial decision by Walmart

Are the filing of wrongful death lawsuits essential?

And how shall it be proven that the virus was contracted at this Walmart? (proximate cause and all that)
