The status of personnel on a military asset is operational information. In my experience, operational information is TS. How did a letter with operational information get out of "channels". Well, the document The Cronicle posted was not marked even CONFIDENTIAL, so call me skeptical of anybody making excuses.

And, yeah, lets find EVERYBODY who was involved in releasing this letter and prosecute them to the fullest.

And fire the guy who wrote it...
