They're clearly captained by calmer people. Given that the cruise ships are full of old people who may die if they get COVID, but the carrier is full of young people who probably won't even know they have it, it's twice as egregious that this Captain had a 5 page meltdown, a 20 person cc list, and a fondness for using a leftwing San Francisco newspaper to get his point across.
