Step 3: Allow women in all combat roles, Rangers, Marine Recon, and quietly lower the minimum fitness requirements; this in turn also affects male servicemembers, (mostly mentally, (morale)) before you know it you have a ship, squadron, battalion etc.. full of soyboys & girls. .....
