BE ON A BOX, NOT YOUR MOBILE DEVICE. I will be teaching things that maybe you could do on a mobile, but not sure, and it would be much more challenging. Once you learn how to meme, you will have a better idea of what is possible to meme on mobile, and what is not.

you will not need photoshop! everything you need will be using online tools, except for screenshotting. Most people already have that capability on their computer, but some people (like me) are riding around in computer rickshaws and do not have such fancy things. So the link in above comment was provided for a free screenshotting program just in case.

I’m not sure what they plan on using in the class, but there are numerous ways of making good memes. Surprisingly, Snapchat is a pretty good tool.
