In all seriousness, campaign finance laws are ridiculously full of loopholes. Stephen Cobert is a liberal douche, but he did an excellent series on just how bad they are where he created a made up campaign and was able to keep all the money people donated to it (although at the end he wrote a personal check to charity).
In truth, Sanders has already profited personally by funneling all their advertising through a company in his wife's name (they are allowed to keep 10% of the total advertising sales as commission). He will likely keep money for any future Senate races if he plans to keep running. The rest will probably be turned over to the DNC.

Colbert didn't do a series on jack shit. His sissy writers did.
It's not in his wife's name. Some friends of his wife own it. Still shady.
