Similarly, we have all noticed the pattern of bad news for the Democrats breaking or about to break, and all of a sudden there is a public shooting or other event that hijacks the news cycle. Could misinformation not be used to force your enemy to empty all their ammo too early by faking them out? Because a lot of these false flag type of attacks probably involve some amount of planning. Charlottesville, for example, was probably in the works for a few months at least. So it would make sense to try to get your enemy to waste his ammo while you keep all of yours dry. Also, you could monitor the chatter and try to get ahead of some of these false flags by seeing who is contacting who and what they are saying.
