My only thought would be people with a higher bmi might need a larger dose based on observations of Dr. Stephen Smith ID MD in NJ. Or as one might appropriately say: One size does not necessarily fit all.

from what I have read, the usual course is 600mg day one, then 400mg for the next 5 days (200mg tablets)

then Z-pak and/or zinc tabs.

Spooky dystopian verbiage. Basically isolate yourself, and if you get Covid, you can try oxygen and then a vent. Otherwise you’re out of luck.
