What you're describing sounds somewhat accurate for the few low education (often Muslim) Indians I've met who do low skill work, but this is not true for tech workers generally speaking. If anything, most I know are a bit anti-Indian and much more so pro American (aka, largely white) culture. But, India manufactures a lot of our generic drugs. They are sold just above cost of manufacture, and that's why we don't have much manufacture of generics in the US.
