In Ohio, on the first day of the shutdown, before we copied "social distancing" from NY, they had swat helicopters flying over school playgrounds to tally up whether there were more than 10 kids of not. I happened to be there and there were maybe 8 kids... who had snuck in though a hold in the fence. The next day, they had replaced the fence panel. Just saying... big brother is watching... but mainly since the social distancing thing, they are just using anonymized location data being provided by Google. With a few automated scripts, the governors of certain state's bureaucrats have created a highly efficient digital spy network that sends local jurisdictions information about whenever a phone with an "atypical" area code comes into a neighborhood, or when a private residence or place of congregation has more than 10 signals present, regardless of whether or not they are in 6-foot close proximity. Then it's pretty easy to dispatch law enforcement to investigate and "remedy" the situation. And by remedy, I mean violate your Constitutional right to assemble.
