I was talking to an RT today about this very concept. I'm a nurse..we both agreed something isn't being examined. Docs keep wanting to intubate even tho we see it does not have great outcome. We discussed oscillators (not widely in use) and Heliox (also, not widely used) but both could be game changers. IMO, Heliox....very easy on the lungs to deliver hiflo O2. Also, Oscillators......used very well during H1N1. This discussion was interesting, but we didn't see who the poster was or credentials.....would help us to spread the word.

I just hope that some people that are in the know will take a look at this theory. At least be aware of its existence.
