If you don't have the time or want to learn how to make transparent backgrounds on Photoshop or Gimp, there are apps for Android or iOS that make it super easy.
Just search "Transparent background maker" and hundreds pop up. You just open the image, and where you wipe with your finger, the background disappears.
Could have just pasted a wig with transparency that joe sniffed off an unsuspecting lady's head and is suspended there from his perpetual snorting. Soros could have a german army helmet.
