Honestly at this Point I do believe our election system needs to be overhauled from the bottom up.
Voter ID/Drivers licence is needed. Every other nation and even second and third world nations use Voter ID. We're the ones who press this on to them as a condition of receiving US Aid. The trumpet of racism needs to be squelched. Only White Liberals believe black people cannot get a ID (you can't even cash a check at those check cashing places without one...or use WIC).
Paper Ballot or digital ballot with ability to print the ballot to submit on the spot with receipt. (You can have a digital kiosk, but the ballot it prints out must be submitted and you keep a digital receipt of whom you voted for).
U.S MP's will be lockbox keepers. These jobs can be given to active personnel or retired veterans. At least 3 M.P's per polling station with special compensation from the federal government for service (1000-2000 paid every 2-4 years for doing this duty).
Live counting and I do mean live.... Cameras with control as the information is fed through. Any type of system hiccup will trigger an automatic recount. The MP's during the counting will stand there and certify under perjury that all ballots are counted.
90 day voter roll purging, 30 days on election year. On off years, the states are mandated to purge the voter rolls every 90 days. Voters will get a re-new card in the mail to update all information and it must be sent back. Either hit the check that says everything is correct or update your information. Just drop it off at your Local Post office or DMV. If done digitally a scan .pdf must be included as well.
