The best way to do that is to demand that they vote for Biden. Rub their noses in the Biden stink and demand their fealty to the DNC and that sick old bastard. Be a condescending asshole about it. I've been doing that all day and the responses have been great. They already don't want to vote for him, so being goaded and berated to do it just makes them resist it even more. Try it. It works.
To be honest, I'm not really saying anything different than the Biden supporters are, just being a little more aggressive and abrasive. I say the "Vote BLUE no matter who" line a lot and tell them that they have to rally behind Biden. I suggest donating to his campaign and tell them that they should volunteer too. I say they they aren't really progressives if they refuse to support Biden, and that they owe their allegiance to the DNC. I also like to prop up Biden by extolling qualities that he does not have, like eloquence, integrity, a sharp wit, etc. Any negative response that I get in reply, even a reasonable, respectful question, I respond to with shaming, denigration, and personal attacks.
I follow a lot of Democrats on social media and I've observed these interactions between progressives and establishment Democrats. The divide and animosity between them is real and I'm happy to do my part to promote it.
So for what it's worth, I'm one of them that absolutely did support Bernie in the primaries in 2016 and voted for Trump in the general. As much as people think we don't exist, we really do. I intend on doing the same this year. I like Bernie, I think he's generally an honest guy that cares about his cause, but I don't think that Trump is satan / ORANGEMANBAD. I've generally benefited under his presidency because I'm not a tendies grubbing basement dweller and actually have a job, so yeah.
For real though, TD_Covfefe_Crusader is right, the demanding that people vote Biden is the easiest off switch.
Also, literally only Donald was nice to Bernie supporters today. Everyone else was either gloating, condescending, or having a party (Hillary's old staffers.)
We need to push the #NeverTrumpNeverBiden stance. It’s unlikely many BernieBros vote for Trump anyways, so having them stay home is a big plus.

Tell em Biden's going to pick Warren for his running mate while you're doing it. They'll stroke the fuck out
Hillary works even better! They hate Hillary more than they hate Biden.
I like it. What are you saying to them exactly?

Fair enough, whatever works to make sure Biden loses as many votes as possible.
This is the way.
