I seem to recall there being plenty of photos of Biden and Obama where Obama was giving Biden the look. Probably doesn't want to endorse him because he was a buffoon, a moron and pedo as VP, and now he's a buffoon, a moron and a pedo with dementia.

0bama was his 'straight man', Biden being himself/retarded actually benefited 0bama then. He was a good VP in that sense.
