I also suspect they mean big mike but to answer your question, it could be legal but it is very shaky. You need to look at the wording of the 22nd amendment and the 12th amendment, in the end the supreme court would need to rule on it and my strong bet would be that it would be unconstitutional.

I know one thing for sure, Biden is a placeholder and Bernie knows what is going on also. Obama has been talking with Bernie since the end of Feb.
