Unfortunately, that's not the chans at work. You get that page if type in a url that doesn't exist on their site. It's their 404 - file not found page. You get the same thing if you put in https://berniesanders.com/sleepyjoe/ or https://berniesanders.com/clintonbodycount/. I got a little hopeful it had been hacked too.
