If they do manage to sneak in ballot by mail, then every local election commissioner MUST have at least one person from each major party verifying every single vote and every voter registration for validity. Mail in Votes not accepted two weeks before election so verification can be completed. No ballot harvesting! Each local election commissioner MUST provide a representative from each major party to set up verified voting in nursing homes, hospitals, mental institutions and graveyards. NOBODY is checking millions of signatures.
NOBODY can prevent the oh so unfortunate accidental loss of boxes of votes from right-leaning districts.
The rules and ethics matter to the right, but not to the left. The left will do anything and justify any act to gain power. Faking signatures from people who usually don’t vote? Easy!
Or... just have Voter ID, in person, on Election Day?

The only acceptable means of voting is to show up in person, present an ID and vote on a paper ballot with ink that stays on your finger.
No other way is acceptable
Well they gave Wisconsin a week to meddle with the votes, so we will see on the 13th what the Dems are up to.
If there are no polls open, and we vote by mail in November, it's over.
