That money actually goes to the DNC I believe. Likely straight to Biden until he drops out...then it goes to whoever the DNC plans to limp to the barn with.

No it doesn't. They've already released the details from his campaign but anyone who donated within certain amount of time can still get a refund and many of them already have.

the only amount that will go to the DNC is whatever people don't get refunds on or whatever was left over
