No, because they are supposed to spend it on ads and campaign employees. He just funneled most the money to his family through their ad agency, and paid staff bare minimum.

Honestly, anybody that gets on a stage and goes "Vote for me! I'm not Donald Trump!" would probably get some measure of approval! At this point, they'd try to elect a cheeseburger with a little Democrat flag in it.

Maybe the DNC pushed Joe to the front so Joe's VP pick (the real nominee) can be anyone they want. No one will on either side will argue when the DNC says, ”Joe has to step down because he has dementia." Voila, they placed the exact person they wanted in the role of Presidential nominee.

Basically, any VP will be strongly motivated to put hallucinogenics in his coffee. If he picks Kamala, he's gonna need a professional food taster.
