All you need to do is look at Orange County last election. Republicans were up by thousands on election night in many districts in OC. They allowed mail in ballots to come in for two weeks after the polls closed. Many districts were flipped to Democrats and won by a couple hundred.
I've heard a big problem Republicans will have with ballot harvesting is that Republicans voters, unlike 'Rats, are unwilling to give their ballots to a person they don't know. That, and the fact that 'Rats always get 100% of the dead demographic.
What is to stop dems from posing as trump supporters and going around red areas harvesting ballots, only to then throw them away? The people defrauded will think their vote was counted and won't vote again.

Is there anything at all that people in blue states can do to stop election fraud? Is there any federal action that can be taken? In CA we can't vote it out, because of fraud, we can't change the officials in charge, and the Republican party here just gets their payoff to smile and chuckle at the stolen elections and DO NOTHING! No protest, no demands for a recount, not one damn thing. At all. We are not being represented and can not be as things stand.

It's where political operatives are allowed to go door to door collecting absentee ballots from people, and then turning them in to be counted. Advantage is definitely to democrats since they live in denser areas where this is easier to do. Plus the potential for fraud is much higher.
