From info I have gathered on the internet in my research about its origins....

The Coronavirus version in question came from a horseshoe bat. The horseshoe bat lives 600 miles away from Wuhan. China’s premiere bio weapons lab happens to be in Wuhan of all places. In that lab, much of it is dedicated to the Coronavirus in, here it comes: the horseshoe bat.

The odds of this bat getting caught 600 miles away and driven 600 miles by someone who wants to sell it at a Wuhan wet market is almost zero. That bat would have to be worth it’s weight in gold for it to be feasible.

So I think you are right.
