If you can move, move. Living like that is bullshit. If you can't relocate, go file charges against your landlord at the Police Department, AND file a report with HUD. Don't let anyone at any location, handle your phone to watch the video, they could delete it. You send them the video in an email or something. There are slumlord reporting agencies for renters to report to, also. Check with your town. And try this (it is local to you)
Thank you. The situation here is very strange. Its supposedly HUD but is managed by Mental Health America. I was reluctant to move in but it seemed like cheap rent (I've never done HUD before) and better than the hellhole I was in previously. Thing is, I do not receive HUD here, I was planning on living here for a year and then moving somewhere in BFE country, like Nebraska or Wyoming and getting a job doing God's work with my hands , but I do not receive HUD so it does not follow me if I move. Fraud, and I've had it up to here (chin smack).
