Can confirm, as a radiologist who reads literally thousands of these per year, that is a normal 2 view chest radiograph series. That takes about 5 seconds to read. Next case.

Chest x-rays are so easy that even a brain surgeon can read them?
In my practice (30+ years) I never let neurosurgeons read chest x-rays, or orthopedic surgeons read EKGs.
