Trump does not want Obama dead. Even if the ugly truth came out, he would opt for the country to become united rather than divide it by executing his predecessor.
If the ugly truth is that he was part of the human trafficking network especially the parts associated with child trafficking then Trump will be competing with the rest of the country over who gets to stretch his neck first. The backlash would be so bad he wouldn't have any choice but to execute him and everyone else caught up in it.
