The parking lots are empty because there's no visitors.. I work in a hospital. We are packed with COVID patients. My friends work in hospitals that are PACKED with COVID patients. It's real. And they aren't empty. But sure, you can believe it just because it's on the internet. I appreciate the downvotes from people who aren't working in hospitals and aren't surrounded by dying people all day. I can get on board with conspiracy theories, but this one isn't a hoax.
